Bonitron's Model M3512 Bridge Rectifier module provides a continuous duty, bridge-rectified DC source for Variable Frequency Drives. Fuses are provided on the AC inputs to the Model M3512 Bridge Rectifier module. In addition, MOVs are also provided for semiconductor protection. An optional precharge module can be included to provide soft charging for the VFDs capacitors. When the capacitor voltage is within 80 volts of the rectifier voltage, a pre-charge SCR will switch to full conduction.
